1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SnoFlow mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of Services

SnoFlow is a social utility platform that provides:

• Trip Planning Tools: Features to coordinate logistics, dates, and locations for ski/snowboard trips.
• Informational Services: Aggregated weather data and resort conditions.
• Community Communication: Direct messaging, group chats, and "Supergroups" for connecting with other users.

3. Assumption of Risk & Safety Disclaimer

• Decision Making: You are solely responsible for your own safety and decision-making on the mountain.
• Data Accuracy: "Powder Alerts," weather forecasts, and resort status updates are estimates provided by third parties. We do not guarantee their accuracy in real-time. Do not rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions (e.g., avalanche risks).

4. Transportation & Carpooling Disclaimer

• Not a Carrier: SnoFlow is not a transportation carrier or taxi service. We do not provide transportation services.
• No Vetting: We do not vet, screen, or run background checks on drivers or passengers.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for assessing the safety and suitability of sharing a ride with another user. You assume all risks associated with travel, including vehicle accidents, vehicle condition, and driver capability.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards

SnoFlow relies on a respectful community. You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users in Chats or Supergroups.
• Post illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
• Create fake trips or spam the "Find Trip" listings.

Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards without notice.

6. Location Services

The App requires location access to match you with "Nearby Trips" and display relevant resort data. You can revoke this access in your device settings, though core matching features may stop working.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The SnoFlow name, logo, pixel-art iconography, and design are owned by us.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and messages you post but grant us a license to display them within the App to other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnoFlow shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Physical injuries or accidents occurring during trips organized via the App.
• Disputes between users regarding carpooling costs, travel arrangements, or personal conflicts.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
